Around the World in Eighty Days
A steampunk travel adventure
Ladies and gentlemen, come with us to the Exposition Universelle, the 1889 Paris Exposition! The latest inventions of humankind await you, such as the electric candle, also known as the light bulb, the gramophone, which plays an entire orchestra through a small disk, and much more. The centerpiece of the fair, however, is an apparatus driven by cogwheels, which transports us around the world in 80 days.
The stage is transformed into a cogwheel and steam-powered machine that sweeps the audience back into the world of Victorian times. So come on in and join us on a journey around the world in 80 days.
